【摘要】 目的:探讨婴幼儿血管瘤患者在门诊接受平阳霉素注射治疗护理的有效性及安全性。方法:取平阳霉素1～6 mg加地塞米松1～5 mg加2%利多卡因0.5～3 ml配成混合溶液,根据患儿月龄,体重,瘤体大小决定用药量,2～3周注射1次。结果:71例婴幼儿血管瘤患者在门诊接受平阳霉素注射治疗护理,治愈54例,有效17例,总有效率100%。结论:血管瘤患儿在门诊行平阳霉素瘤体内注射时,应做好用药前的评估和患儿及家属的心理疏导,把握药物注射时机,注射药物后及时进食,加强注射后观察和家庭护理,其治疗安全可靠,疗效肯定,患者无需住院治疗也能取得良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effectiveness and safety of nursing of the infants with hemangioma undergoing intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin in outpatient clinic.Method A kind of complex was formed by Pingyangmycin1-6mg+hexadecadrol 1-5mg+lidocaine0.5-3ml,injected it once every two or three weeks,and decided its dose based on the patients′ age of the month,weight,size of cancer.Results Among the 71 cases of nursing of the infants with hemangioma undergoing intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin in outpatient clinic,54 cases were healed,17 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion We should evaluate the patients′ condition before the medication,help relieve the stress of the infants and their guardians,inject Pingyangmycin properly,feed the infants timely,observe them carefully and improve home nursing after the treatment.The results show that the treatment is safe,effective and is favourable,and can get good effective when the patients not need to be in hospital.更多还原
