【摘要】 目的:观察蝎龙酒联合神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将86例确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,在常规糖尿病治疗基础上,治疗组给予蝎龙酒30 ml口服,3次/d,神经生长因子500 U肌内注射,1次/d;对照组给予甲钴铵500μg肌内注射,1次/d;两组患者均连续应用4周评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.7%,对照组总有效率为72.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗前后神经传导速度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,治疗组神经传导速度提高明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经生长因子联合蝎龙酒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是一种有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of nerve growth factor combined with xielong liquor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method 86 patients with definite diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each was 43 cases.On the basis of conventional diabetes therapy,patients in the treatment group were given nerve growth factor(500U im.qd) and xielong liquor(30 ml po.tid);patients in the control group were given mecobalamin(500μg im.qd).Results The total effective rate was 90.7% in treatment group and 72.1% in control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in nerve conduction velocity between pre-treatment and post-treatment in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,nerve conduction velocity in treatment group surpassed that in control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve growth factor combined with xielong liquor is an effective method in the treatment of DPN,which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.更多还原
