【Abstract】 Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation( ECMO) is a technology can long-term complete or partial substitute for heart and lung dysfunction. ECMO has attracted more attention in clinics. Renal dysfunction is one of the common complications after treatment of ECMO. Moreover,continuous renal replacement therapy( CRRT) is characterized by continuous and slow clearance of the solute and stable hemodynamic status. Concurrent use of CRRT with ECMO has a potential to become the primary means of prevention and treatment of ECOM complications.更多还原
