【摘要】 目的在战争或自然灾害条件下,如何有效的治疗心血管疾病患者是世界性难题。文中目的是研发一种新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱,在战争或自然灾害条件下对于危重的心血管疾病患者进行紧急的介入治疗。探讨在战争或自然灾害等野战条件下,在新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱内,应用海藻酸钠微球(kelp micro gelation,KMG)栓塞治疗肝动脉破裂的可行性及效果。方法构建肝动脉破裂的实验猪模型,在新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱内,应用KMG对损伤的肝动脉血管进行栓塞,观察栓塞即刻、栓塞后1周的肝动脉造影,以及栓塞后1周的组织病理表现,评价栓塞效果。结果手术均成功,止血效果确切,无严重并发症,术后1周无死亡。结论新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱的使用,为急重症伤员提供了快速的诊治,KMG治疗肝动脉破裂疗效确切、便捷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Effective treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease during war or natural disasters is a worldwide problem.We aimed to develop a novel field injuries surgical treatment cabin to provide emergency interventional services for patients with critical cardiovascular disease following war or natural disasters.This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the treatment of hepatic artery rupture by application of kelp micro gelation(KMG) embolization in novel field injuries surgical treatment cabin under field conditions.Methods In the novel surgical treatment cabin,of field injuries animal models of hepatic artery rupture were built,and KMG was applied to observed the hepatic artery angiography of embolism immediately,1 hour and 1 week after embolization.Pathological manifestations of 1 hour and 1 week after embolization,the feasibility and effectiveness of KMG embolization for hepatic artery rupture were evaluated.Results The operations were all successful.The stanching effect was exact.No severe complications were observed.The animals were observed for one week,no animal were died.Conclusion The application of new field injuries surgical treatment cabin provides rapid diagnosis and treatment for emergent and severe injuries.The KMG embolization for hepatic artery rupture is effective and convenient.更多还原
