【Abstract】 Changes in the employment demand of post graduate students majoring in physical education and training inevitably require the repositioning of teaching objective.According to the graduates’ employment directions in recent years,Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT) has adjusted its teaching objective of post graduate students major in physical education and training by setting the main goal of developing PE teachers,together with introducing culturing three practice abilities,which are teaching practice,contest practice,and social practice,into the main training contents.更多还原
