骨骼肌卫星细胞的研究进展

【摘要】 长时间和高强度运动后会发生骨骼肌纤维微损伤,而骨骼肌卫星细胞的激活、增殖与分化和肌肉组织损伤的修复有着密切的关系。骨骼肌卫星细胞在骨骼肌生长发育、损伤修复以及骨骼肌重塑过程中具有重要的作用,适宜的运动训练可活化卫星细胞,促进卫星细胞增殖并向成肌细胞分化。针对骨骼肌卫星细胞的起源、损伤与卫星细胞关系、炎症反应与卫星细胞关系进行综述。

【Abstract】 The micro damage of skeletal muscle will happen after high intensity and long time exercise,and the activation of skeletal muscle satellite cell proliferation and differentiation and repair muscle tissue damage has the close relationship between skeletal muscle satellite cells in skeletal muscle growth damage repair and skeletal muscle remodeling plays an important role in the process,appropriate exercise training can activation of satellite cells,to accelerate the into muscle satellite cell proliferation and cell differentiation.In this paper,the author aimed at the origin of the skeletal muscle satellite cell damage and inflammation with satellite satellite cells were summarized.
