基于实现电磁感应原理测量位移的数字化
Digitalization of Displacement Measurement Based on the Electromagnetic Induction Principle
【摘要】 本文详细地讨论了基于电磁感应原理位移测量的数字化系统的具体实现,在该位移测量系统中,利用STM32芯片及外围数字/模拟电路给定尺加以稳定的且足够大的激励电流,滑尺感应的电流经积分电路积分及A/D转换对滑尺相对定尺的相对位移进行微米级位移的测量。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses in detail the specific implementation of digital system of displacement measurement based on electromagnetic induction principle;in the measurement system,it makes use of the STM32 chip and its peripheral digital/analog circuit to give the fixed ruler stable and sufficiently large excitation current,and the current slide rule inducted flowing through the integral circuit and A/D conversion measures the relative displacement of the slide ruler to the fixed ruler by scale of micron.
