【摘要】 目的:探讨MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折采用切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗的疗效。方法:自2010年6月至2013年4月,共收治MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折患者18例,男11例,女7例,年龄18~62岁,平均40.2岁。左侧5例,右侧13例。均采用微型钢板、螺钉内固定治疗。结果:本组患者全部得到随访,随访时间术后4月~3年,用最后的随访结果根据Broberg以及Morrey肘关节功能评价标准对手术效果进行评价。本组优:6例,良:10例,可:2,差:0例,优良率88.9%。结论:应用切开复位微型钢板、螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折具有固定稳固,并发症少,关节功能恢复良好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of open reduction and minor plate internal fixation of Mason type Ⅱ radius head fractures.Methods: From June 2010 to April 2013,18 cases(male 11,female 7) of Mason type Ⅱ radius head fractures were reviewed,with an average age of 40.2 years(ranged: 1862 years),Left: 5 cases;right: 13 cases.They were all treated by open reduction and minor plate internal fixation.Result: All cases were followed up for 4 months-3 years,depended on the final follow-up results,the effects(according to the Broberg and Morrey scoring system) were evaluated as excellent in 6,good in 10,fair in 2,and the good-excellent rate was 88.9%.Conclusion: The application of open reduction and minor plate internal fixation of Mason type Ⅱ radius head fractures offers many advantages,such as stable fixation,low rate of complications,and good recovery of elbow joint function.更多还原
