【摘要】 目的探讨鼠双微体2(Mdm2)蛋白和P53蛋白在宫颈病变中的表达及其相关性的研究。方法应用免疫组化方法检测Mdm2和P53蛋白在62例宫颈鳞癌,20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN),12例慢性宫颈炎中的表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中Mdm2和P53蛋白阳性表达率显著高于CIN组和慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05),Mdm2和P53蛋白在CIN组和慢性宫颈炎组中的阳性表达均无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌中Mdm2蛋白的阳性表达与病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),P53的阳性表达与临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);Mdm2和P53在宫颈鳞癌中的表达无相关关系(P>0 05)。结论 Mdm2和P53在宫颈鳞癌发生和发展中起重要作用;Mdm2可能作为判断宫颈鳞癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Mdm2 and P53 in cervical lesion.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to test the expression of Mdm2 and P53 protein in 62 cases of cervical squamous carcinomas,20 cases of CIN and 12 cases of cervicitis.Results In cervical squamous cell carcinoma,the expression of Mdm2 and P53 were significantly higher than these of CIN and cervicitis(P < 0.05);the expression of Mdm2 and P53 in CIN was not correlated with them in cervicitis(P > 0.05);the expression of Mdm2 was significantly correlated with the pathological grade,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05),the expression of P53 was significantly correlated with clinical stages(P < 0.05);the expression of P53 was not correlated with the expression of Mdm2(P > 0.05).Conclusion Mdm2 and P53 should play an important role in the genesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma;Mdm2 can be the important target in predicting the prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
