【摘要】 目的:为湖南成年人前牙的临床美容、修复和正畸提供参考依据。方法:对符合要求的268例大学生制取牙颌模型,在模型上测量前牙区各牙齿的宽度、高度,并计算Bolton前牙指数,再运用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行处理并进行统计学分析。结果:湖南汉族正常牙合大学生除了下颌中切牙和下颌侧切牙的冠高无性别差异外,其他前牙的冠宽和冠高之间均存在性别差异。总体来说,男性的前牙比女性的前牙大。前牙Bolton指数为(82.26±7.90)%,性别之间无明显差异。结论:前牙宽度、高度和Bolton前牙指数能指导临床美容、修复和正畸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide reference data for clinical plastic 、 prosthodontic and orthodontic of adults,Hunan Methods:Take dental model for 268college students who to be in line with requirement,then measuring the width and height of anterior teeth on model,and calculating the index of Bolton anterior teeth,the data are processed and analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results:There have difference in width and height of anterior teeth between genders,except the height of mandibular incisors.Overall,the anterior teeth of men are bigger than women.The index of Bolton anterior teeth is ( 82.26±7.90 ) %,and there are no significant difference between the gender.Conclusion:The width 、 height and the index of Bolton anterior teeth have value in clinical plastic 、 prosthodontic and orthodontic of adults.更多还原
