【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,随着全球金融服务产业转移加速,国内金融行业的蓬勃发展,国际金融外包市场需求不断增加。面对印度的领先优势,中国金融外包企业只有明确认知自身的竞争力演化阶段,并采取相应的优化策略,才能够抓住当前发展机遇,改善竞争格局。服务外包企业竞争力动态演化模型是由坐标轴、竞争力演化曲线、竞争力演化四个阶段构成。针对不同的竞争力演进阶段,提出了竞争力演化的优化策略,并结合中国、印度、美国的金融外包实践,结果表明了该模型的正确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1990 s,with the boosting transfer of the global financial services industry,the vigorous development of the domestic financial industry,international financial outsourcing market demand is increasing continuously.Facing the lead of India,financial outsourcing enterprises in China,should seize the current opportunities for development and improve the competitive landscape,by understanding their competitiveness evolution stages clearly and taking the corresponding optimization strategy.Competitive dynamic evolution model of financial outsourcing enterprises includes three parts,which are axes,competitive evolution curve,and four-stage competitiveness.According to the competitiveness of different evolution stages,it put forward the optimization strategies.Combining the financial outsourcing practices in China,India,the United States,it showed the correctness of the model.更多还原
