【Abstract】 The present studywas carried out to observe the histological structure and characteristic of the heartwith the aimof providing basis forartificially domesticating the pangolins.The paraffin heartsection was prepared and observedwith the microscope.And the microphotographywas used to analyze the data.The results showed that there were long myocardial fibers and few branches inside the heart of the pangolin undermicroscopic observation.And the muscularhistological structure was relatively tightinside the heart of the pangolins.更多还原
