【Abstract】 The ultimate purpose of reinvigorating China through culture is talent strategy.Higher educational institutions,as a base for training high-quality talents,should vigorously promote caring culture and the construction of harmonious campus,which is the key to talent strategy.To this end,this paper aims to explore the construction of campus culture from the perspective of caring culture,to discuss the effect of caring culture on the construction of harmonious campus,and to analyze the problems that exist in the construction of caring culture.Based on the analysis from material,institutional,and spiritual levels,this paper proposes the countermeasures to the construction of caring culture in higher educational institutions,which is a useful exploration for the construction of caring culture in higher educational institutions in a new era.更多还原
