【Abstract】 The article attempts to analyze the present situation of the employment of Chinese college students from the five dimensions of demand, conception, mind, guidance and morality, and proposes to construct a long-term effective mechanism for the promotion of college students’ employment, which includes linkage mechanism combined with social practice, piloting mechanism designed for whole course employment guidance, mutual assistance mechanism based on development of employment resources and information sharing, fusion mechanism integrated with ideological and political education.
