【摘要】 近几年来,二三线城市的就业机会和就业环境在一定程度上已经超过北上广等一线城市,成为各高校,尤其是地方高校要着力布局的新的就业市场。目前制约毕业生到二三线城市就业的最大瓶颈是其掌握的二三线城市就业信息有限,为解决这一问题,曲阜师范大学国内首家创建了二三线就业目标城市信息系统。收集、整理、提炼、宣传二三线城市的就业信息,为毕业生到二三线城市就业提供一站式指导和服务,解决了毕业生为什么去、到哪去、怎么去等一系列问题,帮助毕业生在全国范围内平衡就业。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the opportunity and environment of employment in the second-or-third-tier cities have exceeded that of the first-tier like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. This presents the universities and colleges, especially the local ones, a great opportunity. This new important employment market is consequently becoming the focus of the layout of local colleges. At present, a major problem for graduates to find jobs in second-or- third-tier cities lies in the limited access to employment information of these cities to which they can get. Thus in order to solve this problem, Qufu Normal University sets up an information system for the employment-targeted cities of the second-or-third-tier, which aims at helping graduates to gain a nationwide balance of employment. Through collecting,organizing,abstracting,publicizing the employment information of the second-or-third-tier cities, it provides one-stop guidance and service for graduates to solve a series of problems such as why to go, where to go and how to go,etc.更多还原
