某电厂锅炉直吹式制粉系统问题治理
The Treatment of Problem of Direct Firing Pulverizing System in a Power Plant
【摘要】 某火电厂直吹式制粉系统磨煤机存在出力不足、石子煤排放量大等问题,通过分析,采用设备改造与运行调整相结合的治理措施,将磨煤机风环结构进行改造,对磨煤机出口风管进行风速调平,并对煤粉细度进行优化调整。治理后磨煤机出力增大,石子煤排放量减少,锅炉燃烧及运行状况有所改善,机组经济性相应提高。
【Abstract】 Some problems are found in direct firing pulverizing system of a power plant,such as lack of mill capacity and large amount of coal stone.Through analysis of these problems,wind ring of coal mill is transformed,airflow speed of coal mill export duct is balanced,pulverized coal fineness of pulverized coal is optimized.After these measures,mill capacity is increased,coal stone coal is reduced,combustion and operation of boiler is perfected,unit economy is improved.
