【Abstract】 Personnel training mode and curriculum system construction all belonged to specialized top design,which are important approach and fundamental guarantee to realize the goal of professional training.Based on the traditional personnel training mode of "2+1" in Heilongjiang forestry vocation technical college,the engineering alternating "2+1" double-cycle training model was explored and implemented,the essential roles of the innovation and practice of personnel training mode in raising the qualities of personnel training and the specialty connotation construction were interpreted.The new training model set up a platform for deeper fusion between colleges and companies.更多还原
