【Abstract】 A survey of 100 doctoral supervisors in ten universities was conducted to investigate the process and system assurance for the cultivation of innovative doctoral students in China.It was found that,despite the fact that Chinese universities have established their processes and systems for training innovative doctoral students,there is an urgent need to overcome shortcomings in their academic environment,supervisors’quality and management,and provision of facilities and institutional support.更多还原
