8种杀菌剂对苦瓜枯萎病菌的室内毒力测定

【摘要】 采用生长速率测定法和分生孢子萌发抑制率法,在含药PDA平板上和凹玻片上分别测定8种杀菌剂对苦瓜枯萎病尖孢镰刀菌的毒力作用。结果表明:20%五氯硝基苯DP对菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,EC50值为8.37 mg/L,其次为40%五硝.多菌灵WP、12.5%戊唑醇WP、50%多菌灵WP和75%百菌清WP,EC50值分别为:10.61 mg/L、10.65 mg/L、12.62 mg/L、15.40 mg/L。12.5%戊唑醇WP和对孢子萌发抑制作用最强,EC50值为3.68,20%五氯硝基苯DP、25%腈菌唑EC、40%五硝.多菌灵WP、50%多菌灵WP次之,EC50值分别为4.81 mg/L、8.51 mg/L、9.90 mg/L、11.17 mg/L。

【Abstract】 The toxicity of 8 fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.Momordica charantia Sun & Huang were tested with the hypha growth rate and spore germination methods.The results show that the inhibition of each fungicide to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Momordica Charantia mycelial growth and spore germination is different,50% carbendazim WP,75% chlorothalonil WP,40% Fenaminosulf WP and 70% Thiophanate-methyl WP has obvious inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth.The inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth is increased with increasing concentration of fungicides.50% carbendazim WP,75% chlorothalonil WP,70% thiophanate-methyl WP,40% fenaminosulf WP and 20% pentachloronitrobenzene DP has obvious inhibitory effect on spore germination.The inhibitory effect on spore germination is very good wile ten fungicides are diluted at 600 times.
