【摘要】 本设计以SG3525和MSP430单片机为控制器件.因SG3525能输出两路波形一致,相位差为180°的PWM信号,结合双MOSFET管斩波电路的独特设计,能有效地减小输出电流的纹波.利用闭环控制原理,使整个电路构成一个双闭环,实现稳流输出.输出电流在10 mA~1000 mA可调,输出电流可预置、具有"+"、"-"步进调整、步进为1 mA、可直接显示等功能.

【Abstract】 This design mainly uses MSP430 microcomputer and SG3525 chip as the core control devices to establish a double-loop system with constant-current output. The current ripple can be obviously reduced with the cooperation of two complementary PWM signals generated by SG3525 and the special double MOSFETs chopper circuit. Its output current is adjustable in the 10mA ~ 1000mA scope by the step of 1mA and can be manually preset. This design also provides direct display etc function.
