【摘要】 以高职高专院校就业工作指导教师的自身工作实践感受为基础,从高职高专院校大学生择业观念转变的视角,分析了当前高职高专毕业生的就业形势,并针对学生就业思想教育、转变择业观念、实施创业教育、提高人才培养质量、政府管理部门和用人单位强化服务职能等具体工作层面存在的问题和不足,提出了社会、学校、学生等诸方面应该如何转变择业观念和切实解决好高职高专大学生就业困难的问题的建议与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author analyzed the employment trend of the vocational college graduates from the perspective of the change of the college students’employment outlook through reflecting his own experience of conducting practical work as a tutor in the guidance of the students’ employment.By analyzing the problems in the work of students’ ideological education about employment,change of employment outlook,education of carrying out business,enhancement of training quality,administration of the government and strengthening the functions of administration sectors,this paper gives suggestions to the society,schools and students on how to change their employment outlook so as to get better jobs.更多还原
