【摘要】 目的观察新式菱形立体网状宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)的避孕效果及不良反应。方法将志愿观察对象72例随机分组,每组各36例,分别放置菱形立体网状IUD(观察组)和元宫药铜Cu200IUD(对照组),于术后1、3、6、12个月进行随访,B超、X光腹部平片检查菱形立体网状IUD位置,了解放置IUD后不良反应发生率、带器妊娠率、IUD脱落率、因症取出率、续用率及避孕效果。结果 2组均成功放置了IUD,术中无明显疼痛。观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组(5.6%vs 41.7%,P<0.05)。两组续用率比较(100.0%vs 86.1%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放置菱形立体网状IUD 12个月的36例观察对象具有很好的避孕效果,术后不良反应轻微,可为育龄妇女提供新的、安全、高效的IUD。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the contraceptive effectiveness and side effect of new type rhombus three- dimensional reticular intrauterine device( R- 3- DRIUD). Methods 72 cases were randomly assigned to two groups and each of 36 cases,respectively placed rhombus three- dimensional IUD( study group) and Cu200IUD(control group). The subjects were Followed- up after surgery in one month,three months,six months or twelve months,B- ultrasonic X ray plain film of abdomen to check rhombus three- dimensional IUD position, understanding side effect rates after IUD insertion incidence,such as bellyache、lumbago、duration of vaginal bleeding、 the amount of bleeding and leucorrhea,pregnancy rates with IUD,remove rates with medical reasons,continuation rates and contraceptive effectiveness. Results IUDs were successfully placed into two groups,without obviously pain in surgery. The side effect rates of study group after surgery was lower than control group(5. 6% vs 41. 7%,P < 0. 05). The termination rates between two groups( 100. 0% vs 86. 1%) with no statistically significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Placed Rhombus three- dimensional reticular IUD into 36 cases in 12 months which were with good contraceptive effectiveness,mild side effect after surgery,it can provide a new,safe and efficient IUD for fertile woman.更多还原
