【摘要】 目的:观察基底细胞癌中TLR7和AP-1蛋白的表达,探讨二者与基底细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法:收集基底细胞癌患者皮损30例及正常人皮肤组织26例,采用免疫组织化学法检测癌组织中TLR7和AP-1蛋白的表达水平;分析TLR7和AP-1在基底细胞癌中的表达水平以及二者之间的相互关系。结果:TLR7和AP-1在癌组织中表达均较正常皮肤组织高(P<0.05),表达水平与性别、年龄均无差异(P>0.05);TLR7和AP-1在基底细胞癌中的蛋白表达水平成明显正相关(r=0.78,p<0.01)。结论:TLR7和AP-1蛋白在基底细胞癌中高表达,且二者的表达水平呈明显正相关;TLR7和AP-1可能与基底细胞癌的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of TLR7 and AP-1 in basal cell carcinoma, and to explore their possibilities of occurrence and development.Method The expression of TLR7 andAP-1 were detected in 30 casesof basal cell carcinoma and 26 casesof normal tissue.Specimenswere detected by immunohistochemistry. ResultImmunohistochemistry showed thatTLR7 andAP-1 were both highly expressed in tumortissue(P< 0.05)and the expression ofTLR7and AP-1 in tumor tissue were significant positive correlation(r= 0.78,p< 0.01). But the both expression were not statistically difference with gende and age(P> 0.05). ConclusionTLR7 andAP-1 were highly expressed in basal cell carcinoma,and theirexpression levelwas significantpositive correlation.These results suggested the TLR7 and AP-1 gene may play important roles in basal cell carcinoma occurrence and development.更多还原
