石墨烯光调制器研究进展
Recent development in Graphene-based optical modulator
【摘要】 光调制器是光信号处理系统中的关键光电器件,基于石墨烯的光调制器因其在调制速率、调制带宽和结构尺寸等方面具有诸多潜在优点而引起人们的广泛关注和重视,是一种最具发展潜力的新型光调制器。本文对国内外石墨烯光调制器的研究进展进行了介绍,评述了多种石墨烯光调制器的结构及原理,并对它们的性能进行了比较。最后,对其发展趋势进行了。
【Abstract】 Optical modulators play a key role in optical signal processing system.Graphene-based optical modulator has attracted much attention throughout the world,due to its extraordinary advantages. In this paper,we reviewvariouskindsof graphene-based opticalmodulators, and describe their performance, and discuss the disadvantages and advantages. Finally,its future development is forecasted.
