【摘要】 目的:观察红光理疗对感染期耳前瘘管术后切口愈合的疗效。方法:对44例感染期耳前瘘管摘除术后患者(44耳),将其随机分成两组,一组为红光理疗组,另一组为对照组。红光理疗组(实验组)在常规治疗的基础上,每日1次行切口处红光理疗,每次15分钟;对照组则不给予红光理疗。观察两组切口愈合时间。结果:红光理疗组患者切口平均愈合时间为8.68±0.63天,常规治疗组(对照组)切口平均愈合时间为12±0.74天。两组经统计学t检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,结论:红光理疗可以明显促进感染期耳前瘘管术后切口愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of red light irradiation treatment on infection incision after preauricular fistula extirpation.Methods:44 ears after preauricular fistula extirpation with infectious incision were divided into two groups randomly.One group were irradiated with red light 15 minutes once everyday after regular treatment.The other group were given the regular treatment only.Results: The recovery time of incision in the group which were irradiated with red light was 8.68±0.63 days.The other was 12±0.74 days.There exists a significant difference between the two groups(p< 0.05).Conclusion : Irradiation with red light can promot healing of incision after preauricular fistula extirpation,which was done during the infectious period,improving the healing of incision,preventing the happening of auricular perichondritis.更多还原
