【Abstract】 Along with the constant expansion of the proportion of construction industry in China’s fixed asset investment,many major projects emerge in the shape of programme,and construction corporations are faced with opportunities as well as challenges.Under the background of increasing competition,how to control programme cost is becoming the issue of importance.This essay expounds the definition of programme and the particularity of programme cost control,discusses solutions based on the whole life cycle theory,and finally builds a framework for the programme.更多还原
