【摘要】 公安院校教师队伍经过多年的建设,勿庸置疑都能圆满地完成基本的教学任务。但面对当前经济与社会对公安教育提出的新要求,师资队伍建设面临着新的挑战。笔者试从公安院校教师教官队伍建设的目标和意义,公安院校师资队伍建设存在的困惑与制约瓶颈,教师教官队伍建设的措施等方面提出一些想法,旨在建设一支专兼结合、理论与实战能力互补、会教能战的职业化、实战化、双向化的教师教官教学团队,实现公安院校人才培养目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching staff have undoubtedly completed teaching tasks satisfactorily after teaching staff of police schools have been constructed for many years. However,teacher construction is faced with new challenge confronted with new requirements of present economy and society to police education. The author put forward some ideas on the target and meaning of the construction of teacher and drillmaster team,some confusions and restrictive bottleneck problems in the construction of teacher and drillmaster team and some measures for the construction so as to construct a professional,actual combat and bidirectional teaching team which has full- time and part-time teaching staff,complementation of theory and warfighting capabilities,can both teach and fight and realize talents cultivation target of police school.更多还原
