60Coγ射线引发聚合的丙烯酸共聚物阻垢缓蚀剂性能研究
Study on the Properties of the Polymerization of Acrylic Acid Copolymer Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor Caused by 60Coγ Ray
【摘要】 采用60Coγ射线引发聚合制备了丙烯酸共聚物阻垢缓蚀剂,考察了该阻垢缓蚀剂与国内同类产品在不同环境条件下的阻垢率和缓蚀率,实验表明:该阻垢缓蚀剂具有耐高温,耐碱的优点,阻垢和缓蚀性能优于国内同类产品;经过半年的工业现场应用试验,取得了很好的效果。
【Abstract】 Used 60 Coγ ray to cause polymerization of acrylic acid copolymer corrosion inhibitor,compared the inhibition rate and corrosion rate of the scale and corrosion inhibitor with the domestic similar products under different environmental conditions,experiments show that: the scale and corrosion inhibitor has the advantages of high temperature and alkali,better than similar domestic products,and achieved good results after six months of industrial field application test.
