热管砂轮磨削高温合金GH4169实验研究
Study on heat pipe grinding wheels when grinding superalloy GH4169
【摘要】 针对高温合金材料在磨削加工过程中存在的磨削烧伤问题,根据热管技术可进一步强化磨削弧区换热的特点,设计了一种新型磨具——热管砂轮,并成功制备出能够用于实际加工的单层电镀CBN热管砂轮。随后,通过磨削对比实验,验证了热管砂轮在高效深磨高温合金GH4169时,对磨削温度的控制效果。实验结果表明:在相同实验条件下,当使用无热管的普通砂轮时,在磨削弧区会产生高温,而使用热管砂轮时可以有效将磨削温度维持在100℃以下,避免工件烧伤。
【Abstract】 ince heat pipe can promote the heat transfer of grinding zone,a new type of grinding wheel with heat pipe( HPGW) is designed to solve the problems that superalloy are likely to burn out during grinding.CBN grinding wheels,which are single-layer electro-plated ones with heat pipes,are prepared to verify the advantage on temperature control when grinding GH4169. Results show that under the same conditions,grinding with common wheels produced high temperature,while the temperature was controlled at below 100 ℃ when using HPGW,thus protecting the work pieces from grinding burn.
