变截面预应力混凝土箱梁底板纵向开裂机理与加固方法
Analysis of the Longitudinal Crack in the Bottom Slab of Variable Cross-section Prestressed Concrete Box Girder and the Corresponding Structural Strengthening Method
【摘要】 通过对一座大跨径连续刚构桥底板预应力作用的有限元分析,阐述了其底板沿预应力约束纵向裂缝的发生机理,表明此类病害的产生与底板预应力线形、防崩钢筋的设置以及施工控制有密切的关系,且在跨中合龙段和相邻节段最易出现。最后给出了此类病害的有效加固方法,供同类桥梁建设和养护参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the finite element analysis of the prestressed effect in a long-span continuous bridge was implemented.The mechanism of the longitudinal crack along the prestressed tendons was analyzed.This study shows that these cracks are closely associated with the prestressed tendon profile,the deployment of anticollapse reinforced bars,and the construction control.They are prone to occur in the mid-span closure and adjacent segments.Finally,an effective strengthening method for such diseases was provided,which can be used as as a reference for construction and maintenance of the similar bridges.
