【摘要】 阐述了住宅产业化的概念,提出实施产业化的意义及必要性,介绍了不同结构体系的预制装配式结构在我国的历史演变及住宅产业化的研究现状,对国内已有的几个试点工程的特点及存在问题进行简要分析最后对住宅产业化在我国未来的发展模式给出了具体建议,提出了发展住宅产业化的重点工作方向。更多还原
