【摘要】 针对大连某工程桥墩部位混凝土发生的表面剥蚀损害现象,结合混凝土原材料质量分析、配合比反演及混凝土密实性分析等结果,设计原状混凝土芯样盐冻试验以验证其病害成因,并提出相应处理措施。研究结果表明,该剥蚀发生的主要原因是海盐风力作用下的复合"盐冻"腐蚀。建议清除表层已腐蚀混凝土并对桥墩进行表面防腐处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through quality analysis of raw materials,mix proportion inversion,density analysis of concrete, designing the salty frozen experiment of intact concrete core samples,causes of pier concrete surface erosion damage in a project of Dalian were analyzed.Results show that the main reason is the compound salt frozen corrosion caused by sea salt-wind erosion.It is proposed that the surface corrosion concrete should be cleaned and the antiseptic treatment should be performed on the surfaces of the piers.更多还原
