水芹总酚酸对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨水芹总酚酸对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用分光光度法测定血清溶血素含量,MTT法检测T淋巴细胞增殖能力及ELISA法测定脾细胞培养上清中IL-2的含量,碳粒廓清法测定小鼠外周血碳粒廓清指数。结果水芹总酚酸能够显著提高血清溶血素水平及脾细胞培养上清中IL-2水平,促进ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖,提高正常小鼠外周血碳粒廓清指数。结论水芹总酚酸对正常小鼠的免疫功能具有增强作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of total phenolics acid extracted from Oenanthe Javanica(OJTPA) on immune function in normal mice.Methods The content of serum hemolysin was determined by spectrophotography,T-lymphocyte transformation capacity was tested by MTT method,IL-2 level in the culture supernatant of spleen cells was measured by ELISA and the clearance rate of charcoal particles was measured through carbon particle clearance.Results OJTPA could markedly increase the content of serum hemolysin and IL-2 in the serum,promote proliferative response of splenic T-lymphocyte induced by ConA,improve the clearance rate of charcoal particles in peripheral blood.Conclusion Total phenolics acid extracted from OJTPA can enhance the immune function of normal mice.
