【摘要】 目的评估急性白血病患者缓解后出院期间的自我保健能力、家庭支持状况,并分析其影响因素及两者的相关性。方法方便性抽样选择2011年7-9月解放军第307医院造血干细胞移植科急性白血病患者69例进行调查,采用自我保健能力调查问卷和家庭支持Apgar问卷,了解患者自我保健能力、家庭支持状况的影响因素及其相关性。结果本组急性白血病患者缓解后出院期间自我保健能力总分较高,年龄大于30岁的患者和已婚患者在日常生活规律维度方面、女性患者在感染预防维度方面、文化程度高中及以上患者在饮食维度方面评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我保健能力与家庭支持状况呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士对急性白血病缓解后出院患者应提供个体化、针对性强的健康指导,使患者正确认识疾病,且对其家属指出给予患者身心关怀的重要性,以多方面促进患者自我保健能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ability of self-care and family support for discharged patients after disease remission of acute leukemia,and to analyze their influencing factors and correlation.Methods From July to September 2011,69 patients with acute leukemia in the hospital were investigated on the influencing factors and correlation of their self-care ability and family support by self-designed questionnaire and family support Apgar questionnaire.Results The self-care ability score was higher in the discharged patients with acute leukemia.The scores were significantly higher in the daily patterns of life dimension of patients older than 30 years and married patients,in infection prevention dimension of female patients and in diet dimension of patients with high school education level and above(P<0.05).The self-care ability and family support was positively related,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should provide the individualized and targeted health guidance for discharged patients after disease remission of acute leukemia so as to help them correctly understand their illness and remind their families of the importance of physical and mental care so as to improve the patients’ self-care ability.更多还原
