【摘要】 目的总结采用快速成型技术个体化修复肿瘤所致下颌骨大段缺损的围术期护理经验。方法 2007-2011年应用快速成型/反求工程技术对6例下颌骨缺损患者进行个体化修复,术前精心准备、术后给予有效的护理和康复指导。结果 6例患者下颌骨功能及外形均得到最大恢复,术后随访7～30个月肿瘤无复发。结论对下颌骨缺损的患者行针对性、个体化的护理可明显提高该类患者的手术成功率和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of patients with individualized by rapid prototyping(RP) for large segmental mandibular defects.Methods From 2007 to 2011,6 adult patients with mandible defects treated with RP/reverse engineering technology underwent efficient nursing implements,including psychological nursing,appropriate nursing cooperation during operation,complete postoperative observation,good rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance.Results All the mandible defects were repaired for mandibular function and feature,without tumor reoccurrence in a follow-up of 7 to 30 months.Conclusion The targeted and individualized nursing plan of patients using RP to repair mandible defects is an effective approach to improve the success rate of surgery and quality of life of patients significantly.更多还原
