【摘要】 目的评估Braden量表在足部压疮风险预测中的诊断价值。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,选择温州市某三级甲等医院124例臀部压疮患者和52例足部压疮患者作为压疮组,选取未发生任何部位压疮的患者120例作为对照组。应用Braden量表分别对两组患者进行诊断分析,通过灵敏度、特异度、ROC曲线等指标评价Braden量表在足部压疮风险预测中的诊断价值。结果臀部压疮组与足部压疮组患者的疾病诊断及压疮分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。足部压疮组的平均Braden评分高于臀部压疮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Braden量表预测臀部压疮的灵敏度为54.0%,ROC曲线下面积为0.756;预测足部压疮的灵敏度为40.4%,ROC曲线下面积为0.674。结论 Bra-den量表预测足部压疮风险尚存在不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Braden scale in prediction of heel pressure ulcers.Methods A case control study was adopted in the study.Totally 124 patients with buttocks ulcers and 52 patients with heel ulcers from a grade-III level-A hospital in Wenzhou were selected as ulcers group.A total of 120 patients without any ulcers were randomly selected as control group.Patients without ulcers and those with ulcers were diagnosed through Braden scale.The diagnostic value of the scale was verified with sensibility,specificity and ROC curve.Results The differences of diagnosis and staging statistical analysis between buttocks ulcers and heel ulcers were significant(P<0.01).The Braden score of the heel ulcers group was significantly higher than that of the buttocks ulcers group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and the area under curve(AUC) of ROC of Braden scale in prediction of buttocks ulcers were 54% and 0.756,respectively.Those in prediction of heel ulcers were 40.4% and 0.674,respectively.Conclusion Braden scale has its limitations for prediction of heel pressure ulcers.更多还原
