基于15765协议的手持式电控发动机故障诊断仪开发
Development of Handheld Fault Diagnosis System for Electronic Control Engine Based on ISO 15765
【摘要】 介绍了基于15765协议的手持式电控发动机故障诊断仪的开发。该诊断仪软件运行在Windows CE系统,操作界面使用Visual C++平台开发;硬件利用MC9S08DV32单片机作为核心机,开发了RS232转CAN通信协议转换模块。试验结果表明,该诊断仪可以准确地实时监测发动机的运行状态并读取故障信息,具有携带方便、性能可靠、兼容性好等特点。
【Abstract】 The article introduced development of handheld fault diagnosis system for electronically control engine base on IS015765.The software of diagnosis system ran on Windows CE system,operator interface was developed by Visual C++ platform,the hardware of diagnosis system used MC9S08DV32 microcontroller as a core,and developed RS232 to CAN communication protocol conversion module.The test results showed that the diagnosis system could precise real-time monitoring the running state of the engine and read fault information,it was an essential tool for vehicle maintenance man and had easy to carry,reliable performance and good compatibility.
