基于PMAC运动控制卡的风洞风速控制系统

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于PMAC多轴运动控制卡的风洞风速控制系统。采用PC作为上位机,PMAC运动控制卡为控制核心,风速传感器为反馈,控制两套交流旋转伺服系统驱动风扇运转。建立了伺服系统的控制模型并在Simulink仿真环境下进行了仿真;利用Visual C#语言开发设计了风洞风速控制软件。在所搭建风速控制平台上进行风速控制实验,结果表明该风洞控制系统能够快速、准确实现风速的调控。

【Abstract】 A wind tunnel wind speed control system is discussed based on PMAC multi-axis motion control card and servo motor where PC is used as host computer,PMAC controller as center of the control system and wind speed sensor as a feedback.The two sets of AC rotation servo system drive the fans to generate wind.The control model of the servo system is established and conducted in Simulink simulation environment.A wind tunnel wind speed control software is developed by Visual C# language and speed control experiments are conducted on the speed control platform,the results show that the control system can realize the speed regulation quickly and accurately.
