基于Matlab的五缸钻井泵流量动态特性的研究
Research on Dynamic Flow Characteristics of Five-cylinder Drilling Pump Based on Matlab
【摘要】 对于曲柄连杆式往复钻井泵,其排出管内的压力脉动是由流量脉动引起的。通常采取的减小压力脉动的方式,就是在钻井泵排出管路出口适当位置安装空气包。笔者在考虑到阀滞后角的条件下,基于Matlab软件,对五缸单作用钻井泵的流量特性进行研究。得出五缸泵的瞬时流量方程;建立了排出空气包后管路流量动态方程的数值解析模型,并结合算例进行求解;分析了引起流量脉动的主要因素。结果表明,排出空气包后管路的流量脉动率随曲柄连杆比的增大而增加,但增幅很小;其中开启阀与关闭阀滞后角对于空气包排出管路流量脉动的影响最为显著。
【Abstract】 For crank-linked reciprocating drilling pump,pressure pulsation inside its outlet pipe was caused by the pulsation of the flow.The method of reducing the pressure pulsation,an air chamber at reasonable position along discharge line of drilling pump was installed usually.At considering the valve lagging angle,the dynamic flow characteristics of five-cylinder drilling pump based on Matlab were researched.The transient flow equation of the five cylinder drilling pump was worked out.The numerical analytic model of transient flow equation of the discharge line after air chamber was established;and solved jointly with examples.The main factors causing flow pulsation were analyzed.Result show that,flow pulsation rate inside discharge line after the air chamber is increased along with the increasing of crank radius-connecting rod length ratio,but the variation is not obvious.In addition,the valve lagging angle has a remarkable impact on the flow pulsation rate.
