汽车踏板衬套压装系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 汽车踏板衬套安装要求准度高,要求保障衬套压装后尺寸的公差值、平行度与完整性。汽车踏板衬套的人工压装比较容易,但质量难以保证,劳动强度较大。通过分析汽车踏板衬套的压装工艺,设计了衬套自动压装系统,并且确定了回转台的自动给进、踏板装夹、自动送料及衬套的双向压装工艺。采用自动压装提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,保证了汽车踏板衬套的安装质量。

【Abstract】 The installation of automobile pedal bushing is required to have high accuracy to ensure parallelism,integrity and size tolerance.Artificial press-fit of automobile pedal bushing is relatively easy,but the quality is difficult to guarantee and the labor intensity is quite great.By analyzing process technics of automobile pedal bushing,the bushing automatic press-fit system was designed,and technics of the automatic feeding of the rotary table,the pedal clamping,the automatic feeding of the bushing and the two-way press-fit of bushing were determined.Adopting automatic press-fit process,the production efficiency is increased,the manual labor intensity is reduced,and the quality of the installation automobile pedal bushing is ensured.
