全气动多缸行程程序控制系统的快速设计
Quick Design of Whole Pneumatic Multi-cylinder Stroke Program Control System
【摘要】 针对多缸行程程序控制系统逻辑关系复杂,消除其控制障碍信号设计繁琐的问题,介绍了一种采用新型自动控制气动元件"节拍器"快速设计气动回路的方法,采用该节拍器,不必分析其存在的障碍信号,只需分析控制信号及动作信号,正确连接气管后,就能保证气动回路的正确控制,实现了全气动复杂控制系统的快速设计。
【Abstract】 Aiming at some questions of complex logic relation in the multi-cylinder stroke program control system and fussy design at elimination of the control obstacle signal,a method of quick design of pneumatic circuit by using new type of automatic control pneumatic component(metronome)is introduced.If using the metronome,the analysis of obstacle signal existed in it was not necessary,while only analysis of the control and action signal was need.After the air pipeline connected correctly,right control of the pneumatic circuit can be ensured at once,so the quick design of whole pneumatic complex control system is realized.
