大吨位液压裂管器液压系统可靠性研究

【摘要】 介绍一种大吨位地下管线液压裂管器液压系统的组成和工作原理,并应用可靠性原理针对其液压系统的失效问题建立了逻辑模型,计算出不同工况下的可靠度,分析液压系统失效的原因,并提出了提高可靠性的建议。

【Abstract】 The composition and working principle of the hydraulic system of heavy-tonnage hydraulic pipeburster which was used in underground pipeline were introduced.Failure of hydraulic system was analyzed by using the reliability theory,and logic model was set up.On the basis of logic model,hydraulic system reliability under different working conditions was calculated.Then the failure reasons of hydraulic system were analyzed.The suggestions for increasing reliability were put forward.
