HC轧机中间辊在线横移控制策略的研究

【摘要】 板形是带钢质量的一个重要指标,在用HC轧机轧制高精度薄板时如果能实现中间辊在线横移控制,将更有利于板形质量的提高。然而目前还没有完善的理论计算中间辊横移阻力,并且轧制过程中中间辊横移控制负载干扰影响因素复杂是一个棘手的难题。用实验方法研究负载干扰问题,不但投入大、成本高,而且耗时长。为保证中间辊横移精度,通常是加大系统控制刚度,这又导致耗能和制造成本的浪费。利用计算机仿真技术为中间辊横移系统建立一个虚拟研究平台,对其性能进行分析,可以提供有价值的参考,具有理论与实际意义。

【Abstract】 The quality of the strip shape is an important index.The intermediate roller move transversely is an effective technology of improving strip shape control.But there is no complete theory to calculate the resistance of middle roller move transversely,and the interference factors of load was complicated in the control of intermediate roller move transversely.Using experimental method to research the problem of load interference is not only expensive,but also consuming long time.In order to ensure the accurace of intermediate roller move transversely,control stiffness is usual increased,but it leads to waste in consume energy and manufacture cost.Computer simulation technology was used to build virtual study platform of intermediate roller move transversely.Characteristics of this system were analyzed.It provides valuable reference and has theorical and practical meaning.
