缝隙端面自动定位与测量技术研究
Research on Location and Measurement Technology of the End Face in the Gap
【摘要】 在使用端面量仪测头对小缝隙内的端面进行测量定位时,往往由于顶尖孔的误差,无法保证端面量仪测头能够伸入小缝隙进行端面测量定位。提出一种二次端面测量定位的方法:首次端面量仪测头定位在小缝隙端面之外的开阔端面附近,在测定开阔端面位置之后,根据小缝隙与开阔端面之间的距离,将端面量仪测头准确定位到小缝隙端面内。由此,通过两次端面定位,实现了小缝隙端面的测量定位。并对相关问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 In measuring the end face in the gap,the gaugehead maybe can not reach into the gap due to the error of the top hole.A relocation method of the end face was proposed.Firstly,the gaugehead was reached to a end face not in a gap and measured the location of the end face.Secondly,the gaugehead was moved to the end face in the gap according to the distance between the gap and the end face not in a gap.So the end face in the gap was measured by relocationg method.
