大型卧式压铸机中板的结构轻量化研究
Lightweight Research on Middle Plate Structure of Large Horizontal Die-casting Machines
【摘要】 为了实现压铸机的高性能、低成本制造,以拓扑结构优化方法为理论依据,结合有限元分析技术,针对大型压铸机的中板进行了轻量化研究,建立了以中板模架装配面的厚度为设计变量的有限元分析模型。并对不同装配面厚度的中板进行了拓扑结构优化,通过对优化后模型的变形量、材料节省量和应力值的对比分析,确定出合理的装配面厚度值。最后获得了优化后的中板结构,其在满足工况要求的前提下质量减轻了26%。研究结果表明,运用拓扑优化的思想对压铸机进行结构优化设计,可以在满足工况的前提下实现压铸机的轻量化,从而有效地降低压铸机的制造成本。
【Abstract】 In order to realize high performance,low manufacture cost for die-casting machines,by adopting topology optimization concepts as theoretical basis,combined with finite element analysis technique,the lightweight research had been done aiming at the middle plate of the die-casting machines,and the finite element models with the mating face’s thickness of formwork on middle plate as design variables were set up.The topology optimization on middle plates which with different mating face’s thickness was done and the reasonable mating face’s thickness was ascertained,through contrasting the deformation,material saving and stress value of models after topology optimization.Finally the structure of middle plate after optimization was obtained,which reduced the weight for 26% on premises of satisfied the working conditions.Research result shows that the structure optimization design of die-casting machine with topology concepts can realize the lightweight in the case of satisfying working conditions,thus reduce the manufacturing cost of die-casting machines effectively.
