双激振器液控惯性振动筛启动过程分析
Analysis on Starting Process of Hydraulic Control Inertia Vibration Screen with Double Vibration Exciter
【摘要】 针对振动筛启动过程中出现的动力配置不合理、过共振区时筛箱与横梁等关键件易受到共振破坏等问题,利用功率键合图法对振动筛的启动过程进行了数学建模和仿真分析,得到了液控振动筛启动过程中关键参数的实时变化情况,并得出了一些有益的结论,为解决振动筛启动过程中的问题提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems in the vibration screen starting process such as unreasonable dynamic configuration or screen box and beams’ vibration damage in resonance region,the power bond graph method was used in mathematical modeling and simulation analysis on the starting process of vibration screen.Real-time changes of various parameters in starting process were gotten.Some significant conclusions are reached.It provides references for solving these problems.
