动车组铝合金车体大部件数控加工方法
NC Machining of Aluminum Alloy Car Body Parts of High Speed Train
【摘要】 分析"和谐号"动车组车体大部件的结构特点与加工精度要求,利用RENISHAW测量循环功能CYCLE730以及SINUMERIK 840D系统的参数化编程技术,实现车体侧墙窗口的自动测量与轮廓加工深度的自动补偿,保证了侧墙的加工质量与加工效率。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the machining quality and efficiency of the side wall of car body,the structural characteristics of "Hexiehao" high speed train body part were analyzed.The parametric programming technique of SINUMERIK 840D system and the RENISHAW measurement canned cycle CYCLE730 were used to realize automatical measure of the windows of the car body side wall and contouring depth compensation.
