【摘要】 目的研究内痔患者应用抽吸式负压吸引橡胶圈痔套扎器(CRH)行橡胶圈套扎术(RBL)的短期手术效果。方法 289例Ⅰ~Ⅳ期的内痔患者应用CRH行RBL治疗,对手术的完成率,术中、术后并发症和术后疗效进行统计分析。结果应用CRH顺利完成RBL,245例(84.8%)治愈,36例(12.4%)症状改善,8例(2.8%)效果不明显,无症状加重患者;2例(0.7%)有严重的坠胀不适感,5例(1.7%)术后头晕;无急性并发症、感染和尿潴留发生。结论应用CRH行RBL治疗内痔具有良好的疗效及安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy,complications,success rate,and recurrence rate at 3 months for the CRH-O’Regan Disposable Hemorrhoid Banding System in the treatment of rubber band ligation(RBL)in outpatients. Methods 289 internal hemorrhoid grading included from grade Ⅰ to Ⅳ outpatients were treated by RBL with CRH. Completion rate for surgery,intraoperative and postoperative complications and postoperative outcomes were analyzed. Results All patients successfully completed the RBL with CRH,245 cases(84. 8%) were cured,36 cases(12. 4%) showed improvement,8 cases’(2. 8%) showed no improvement,no patients’ symptoms had increased; 2 cases(0. 7%) had severe pain discomfort,5 cases(1. 7%) had postoperative dizziness; no acute complications,infection and urinary retention were found.
