【摘要】 对中国107个地方品种鸡的4个繁殖性状和4个气候因子间的关系进行了典型相关分析,探讨气候因子对107个地方品种鸡的繁殖性状的影响。典型相关分析结果表明,两组性状间的第1个典型相关系数为0.56584(P<0.01),贡献率82.19%。研究结果为家禽遗传育种与繁殖提供科学参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Canonical correlation analysis of 4breeding traits and 4local climate factors for 107Chinese native chicken breeds was studied in this paper to study the effect of climate factors on 107Chinese native chicken breeds.The results show that the first canonical correlation coefficient was 0.56584between breeding traits and climate factors(P<0.01),with a contribution rate of 82.19%.The result of this study will provide a scientific reference for poultry’s genetics and breeding.更多还原
