【摘要】 俄罗斯波罗的海明珠项目地处俄罗斯第二大城市圣彼得堡市郊,其中39-1地块是一个建筑面积20万m2的住宅小区。住宅小区分南北两个大底盘结构,地下车库采用无梁楼盖结构,住宅主要采用板柱-抗震墙体系,局部为框架结构。通过对波罗的海明珠项目39-1地块的结构设计的介绍,着重分析了俄罗斯结构设计的现状和主要特点,并从设计规范、设计软件及制图细节等方面与国内相应结构设计规范及软件进行了对比分析,以便其他涉外项目设计时参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Baltic Pearl project is located in 39-1 block( a residential area of 20 000m2) in St Petersburg suburbs.The project is a two-large-chassis structure of North and South.Slab-column system is adopted in underground garage and residential buildings adopts shear wall-plate column system with local frame structure.Structural design of Baltic Pearl project was emphasizing the current situation and characteristics of the field of structural design of Russia.Comparison was conducted in ways of codes,design software and drawing details between China and Russia,which can provide reference for the similar foreign projects.更多还原
